Water Treatment

Bio-Bloc - A highly effective, long lasting, broad-spectrum liquid biocide, Bio-Bloc is formulated for the control of micro-organisms icluding Legionella in open and closed recirculating systems.

Bio Wash - An effective broad-spectrum biocide designed for use in the cleaning, disifection and decontamination of evaporative condensers, industrial coolers and cooling towers.

Bio-Sub - Non foaming, easy-to-use, slow release bromine/chlorine tablets, designed for use in evaporative coolers. Bio-Sub offers long term protection from algae, slime and bacterial growth, including Legionella.

Coil Cleaners

Coilkleen - is an expanding foam coil cleaner that cleans aluminium-finned air cooled condensers easily and effectively, leaving them clean and bright.

Coilox - A concentrated coil cleaning product ideal for light to moderate cleaning. Fast acting and non rinsing, Coilox will clean dirty evaporator coils in one easy step.

4X - Ideal for use on air-cooled condensers, 4X is an expanding foam cleaner that removes dirt, grease, grime and other sticky residue from coils.

Preventative Maintenance

Finsaver - Ideally suited for use on air cooled condensers located in corrosive environments, Finsaver is a specially formulated coating designed to protect painted metals from rust or corrosion.

Sta-Clean Coil Coat - A safe and easy to use water-based cooling coil anti-foulant coating, Sta-Clean Coil Coat offers continuous protection from fouling caused by air0borne particulate and other contaminates for up to one year.

Rust-Bloc - A multipurpose corrosion/scale inhibitor, Rust-Bloc is an excellent corrosion/scale inhibitor for use in condenser, chilled and heating hot-water systems.  Rust-Bloc also offers effective corrosion protection in closed circuit recirculating systems.  Containing a specific inhibitor for copper protection, Rust-Bloc does not contain chromate or any other heavy metals.

Sta-Clean Pan Strips - Available in Small and Large sizes, Sta-Clean Pan Strips are a water-activated, timed release control for microbial contaminants in condensate drains. Safe and easy to use, they last several months, reducing fouling odours and corrosion.

Scale Control/Removal

Scalex - containing no dangerous hydrochloric (matriatric) acid, Scalex is an easy-to-use descaler designed to remove lime scale, heavy slime and algae growth from towers, pipes and condensers.

Clean-Ice - Specially formulated to remove scale build-up which can lead to bacterial contamination, Clean-Ice is fast acting, non-foaming and odourless. Suitable for use on all ice machines, including those with nickel drums and aluminium or galvanised parts,  Clean Ice can also be used for hot-water heaters, vending machines, humidifiers and water-cooled condensers.

Leak Detection

Bubble Up - Gas and air leak detector for use on refrigeration coils and condensers, air compressors, welding equipment, medical gases and more. Just spray on suspect area and within a few seconds bubbles will appear if a leak is present.

Multi-Purpose Cleaner

Wanda Wash - A concentrated, biodegradable, universal cleaner for use on all dirty surfaces, including filters.

Degreaser

No More Grease - Non flammable and non toxic, No More Grease is a concentrated degreaser, specially formulated for removing oil, dirt, ink, exhaust stains and light carbon deposits from most surfaces.
